Obviously it's all been leading up to this: first we lost income due to sanctions prohibiting international transactions, then Xydownik channel's monetization, and now -- a kill shot to the head from Roskomnadzor . Instagram, as you know, was also blocked, and there's a possibility that soon it'll be hard to access it even with a VPN, so I wouldn't have high hopes for it either.
